To get started, you have a couple of options. We strongly recommend you come in for a FREE Saturday Introduction Session. Your first workout will be scaled to meet your fitness level. If you wish to not workout, you are more than welcome to watch a class in action.

ELEMENTS CLASSES
Elements Classes are used as a starting point to familiarize you with our training methods. If you have not already been doing CrossFit, you will not be accustomed to our program. EVERYONE must complete the Elements Classes before you can start the Group Training Classes.
During the Elements Classes, we will guide and coach you through all of the major lifts and exercises we perform during each WOD (Workout of the Day). These classes are also used to familiarize you with how our typical WODs are structured. Our workouts are conducted at an extremely high intensity, so form and technique are crucial.
There are 3 different Element Classes that must be completed: Elements 1, 2, and 3.
Elements 1
Push Ups, Sit Ups, Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Deadlift
Elements 2
Sumo-Deadlift High Pull, Medicine Ball Cleans, Wall Ball, Pull ups
Elements 3
Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Push ups, Back Extensions, Concept Rower
Once you have completed the Elements Classes, you will now be able to enroll into the Group Training Sessions.
